Privacy, without the fog.

Continuum keeps calculation work local. This policy explains the narrower cases where information leaves your device.

Effective 9 September 2026Operated by Stoyan Korudzhiev

1. Who operates Continuum

Continuum is an independent product operated by Stoyan Korudzhiev, an individual and not a registered company. In this policy, “Continuum,” “I,” and “me” refer to that product and its operator.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers the Continuum marketing website, hosted browser workspace, product documentation, accounts, trials, purchases, licensing, and the feedback and release-update forms. The packaged desktop application uses separate local storage but follows the same local-first calculation boundary.

3. Calculation data stays local

Free calculations do not require an account. Trials and purchases require verified email sign-in. Continuum does not provide cloud synchronization. Documents, folders, calculation source, shared variables, archives, settings, onboarding progress, theme choices, and desktop quick drafts are stored in the current browser or desktop application data store.

The browser workspace, packaged desktop application, and desktop development environment have separate stores. You can export data and complete backups on Free; restoring a backup requires Pro authoring access. Purchase recovery does not recover local documents. The landing-page demo evaluates text in that page and does not create a workspace document.

4. Information you choose to submit

The landing page and hosted workspace offer voluntary form intentions:

  • Stay updated submits your email address and release-update consent, but no message.
  • Anonymous feedback submits your message with empty identity fields and no release-update consent.
  • Feedback + updates submits your message, email address, and release-update consent.
  • Existing founding access reservations contain an email, reserved currency and price, submission date and the consent recorded at submission. Eligible reservations are associated with a purchase only after that email is verified.

Every submission also includes its date, selected intent, and originating Continuum surface. Messages are limited to 3,000 characters. Do not submit passwords, financial account details, health information, government identifiers, or other sensitive personal information.

4.1 Accounts, licensing and payments

Cloudflare Workers and D1 store your account email and identifier, sign-in challenge hashes and expiry, hashed session tokens, trial dates, purchase and payment identifiers, currency and amount, purchase status, reservation eligibility, desktop installation identifiers and names, activation dates, and payment webhook processing records. Documents and calculation contents are not uploaded to this account service. Rate limits use hashed email and network identifiers to reduce abuse.

Browser sign-in uses a secure, HttpOnly session cookie lasting up to 30 days. Desktop sign-in uses the operating system secure-storage facility and a session lasting up to 180 days; signed offline activation grants have their own shorter expiry. Logging out invalidates that session. ForwardEmail sends requested sign-in codes and essential purchase and service messages and forwards support mail. These messages do not enroll you in marketing updates. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes, are single use and have attempt and resend limits.

Stripe and Link process payment and billing information on hosted checkout and provide receipts, invoices, refund and dispute handling. Continuum does not receive or store your full payment-card number or security code. Stripe, Link, Cloudflare and ForwardEmail may process information internationally under their own safeguards and policies: Stripe privacy, Link privacy, Cloudflare privacy and ForwardEmail privacy.

5. Formspree processing

Form submissions are sent to and processed by Formspree. Formspree may process the submitted fields and technical request information such as IP address, browser type, access time, domain, and referring address to deliver the form, maintain security, and prevent fraud or spam. Formspree may process information in the United States and other jurisdictions.

“Anonymous feedback” therefore means that Continuum does not request or submit separate name or email fields in that mode. It is not a promise of network-level anonymity. Formspree’s own Privacy Policy governs its processing.

6. Release updates

Choosing an update-related intent is your affirmative consent to occasional Continuum release messages. Formspree submissions are the consent record, and the list is maintained manually. Continuum does not currently use a mailing-list provider or paid marketing automation.

You may withdraw consent at any time by making a request through the feedback section. Put “Unsubscribe” at the beginning of the message and include the email address that should be removed.

7. Analytics and regional offer preference

The marketing website and canonical hosted workspace use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated page views. Vercel documents that its Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies, does not associate data with an individual or IP address, and may process information such as page URL, filtered query parameters, referrer, broad location, browser, operating system, and device type. Vercel's broad request-country signal is also used to suggest EUR, USD, or GBP for the founding offer. Continuum does not receive or store the underlying IP for this choice.

If you change the suggested currency, Continuum stores a first-party functional cookie named continuum_offer_currency for up to one year so the preference survives later visits. It contains only the selected three-letter currency code and can be removed through your browser controls.

The canonical hosted workspace uses Umami for limited product analytics such as meaningful calculation or preview events. When the marketing-site Umami property is configured, it also records offer views, currency changes, account call-to-action placement, offer selection and failures. These events contain the displayed offer identifier, rounded price, currency, coarse pricing market, selection source, and placement only. Continuum does not send IP addresses, document contents, email addresses, license keys, or feedback messages to Umami. Account conversion and failure events record only a fixed operation and outcome, without email, credentials, document contents or payment details. Local development and previews do not activate the production-domain Umami integration.

8. Why information is processed

  • To authenticate your account, provide trials, fulfill purchases, enforce licensing, process refunds and deliver essential account messages.
  • To provide requested form delivery and respond to feedback.
  • To send release updates when you have consented.
  • To understand aggregated product usage and improve Continuum.
  • To prevent abuse, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations.

Where applicable, these purposes rely on consent, performance of a requested service, legitimate interests in operating and improving Continuum, and compliance with legal obligations.

9. Retention and sharing

Account, purchase and trial records are retained while needed to provide purchase recovery, prevent trial resets, handle refunds and disputes, and meet legal obligations. Expired sessions and rate limits are removed by scheduled cleanup. Expired challenges are removed after a one-day buffer. Account-service email bodies are cleared after sending or expiry; sent outbox metadata is removed after 30 days, and processed webhook records after 90 days. Email providers and payment providers maintain their own retention policies.

Local calculation data remains under your control until you delete it through the application or clear the relevant app data. Submitted forms are retained in Formspree only as long as reasonably needed to review feedback, administer release consent, resolve disputes, maintain security, or meet legal obligations.

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate these functions—currently Stripe, Link, Cloudflare, ForwardEmail, Formspree, Vercel, and Umami—or when required by law, necessary to protect rights and safety, or involved in a future transfer of the product. Continuum does not sell submitted personal information.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority.

To make a privacy request, email support@cntnm.xyz or use the Continuum feedback form and begin the message with “Privacy request.” Include enough information to identify the relevant submission. If you want a reply, you may voluntarily include a contact address in the message. Identity may need to be verified before a request affecting personal information is completed.

11. Children

Continuum is not directed to children under 16, and personal information is not knowingly collected from them. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information may request its deletion.

12. Security and changes

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. This policy may change as Continuum evolves or legal requirements change. Material revisions will be posted here with a new effective date.
