Terms for using Continuum.

A practical agreement for an early, independently operated calculation product.

Effective 9 September 2026Operated by Stoyan Korudzhiev

1. Operator and agreement

Continuum is an independent product operated by Stoyan Korudzhiev, an individual and not a registered company. These Terms of Use apply to the Continuum marketing website, browser workspace, documentation, live examples, and desktop application.

By accessing or using Continuum, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

2. What Continuum provides

Continuum is a local-first calculation workspace that evaluates authored text, variables, expressions, and selected templates. It is an evolving product and may include experimental, preview, or unsigned desktop functionality. Features, availability, documentation, and supported platforms may change.

3. Informational tool—not professional advice

Continuum’s calculations, projections, templates, examples, explanations, and previews are provided for general informational and organizational purposes. They are not financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, medical, or other professional advice.

Outputs depend on the assumptions and source text you provide and may contain errors, omit relevant factors, or become outdated. You are responsible for checking inputs, formulas, units, assumptions, and results before relying on them. Consult a qualified professional before making important decisions.

4. Your data and backups

You retain responsibility for the text and information you enter. Continuum currently stores calculation data locally and does not provide cloud synchronization, guaranteed backups, or recovery of local documents. Email sign-in recovers access to your purchase, not your files. You are responsible for creating exports and protecting any backup files you generate.

Do not enter information you do not have the right to use or information whose loss or exposure would cause serious harm. Submitted feedback and release-update requests are handled separately as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Continuum to:

  • break applicable law or infringe another person’s rights;
  • introduce malware, disrupt the service, probe for vulnerabilities, or bypass access or security controls;
  • automate abusive traffic, spam forms, or interfere with another person’s use;
  • misrepresent Continuum output as guaranteed, professionally reviewed, or authoritative; or
  • copy, resell, or exploit protected product assets except as permitted by applicable law or an explicit license.

6. Intellectual property

Continuum’s product name, branding, interface, mascot, documentation, original copy, and other product materials are owned by Stoyan Korudzhiev or used under applicable licenses. These terms give you a non-exclusive right to use the product for its intended purpose, subject to the Free and Pro terms below. Paid access may be revoked following a confirmed full refund, a lost payment dispute, or material misuse; access may be suspended while a payment dispute is resolved. They do not transfer ownership of Continuum or third-party materials.

You keep any rights you have in content you author. Voluntary feedback may be used without restriction or compensation to understand, improve, and develop Continuum, provided personal information continues to be handled under the Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party services and links

Continuum relies on or links to third-party services, including Stripe and Link for payments, Cloudflare for accounts and licensing, ForwardEmail for essential account email, Vercel for hosting, and Formspree and Umami. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Continuum is not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, or practices.

8. Availability and changes

Continuum may evolve as supported platforms and services change. The purchased license scope below applies to your purchase. Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect users, the product, or third-party services. No promise is made that every feature, route, stored item, or desktop build will remain available or compatible indefinitely.

8.1 Free, trial and Pro

Free basics require no account and never expire: arithmetic, percentages, local variables, units and conversions in one editable scratchpad. Pro unlocks multiple documents, folders, shared variables, shipped templates, Canvas, Branchpoint, Blueprint and Composer. Native tools including Pocket Scribe, Companion and local MCP require the desktop app and Pro access. Production feature availability still applies; experimental features are not included merely because you purchase Pro.

A verified email lets you explicitly start one 14-day Pro trial without a card. Signing in alone does not start it. Reinstalling or changing devices does not restart a trial. After expiry, existing work remains available to read and export, complete backups remain available, and one Free scratchpad remains editable. Restoring a backup and authoring Pro work require Pro access.

8.2 Your Pro license

One purchase licenses one user for personal or business use across the web and up to three active desktop installations. Browser access does not count toward those three. Remove a desktop device in your account to free a slot. A paid desktop activation works offline for up to 90 days after successful online validation; trial activations expire with the trial. You must reconnect to renew validation. Removing a device or revoking a purchase takes effect on its next successful online check, or when its existing offline grant expires.

The purchase includes desktop 1.x updates and the purchased Pro web capabilities while the service operates. Cloud synchronization, hosted AI credits, future major desktop versions and future separately priced services are excluded. Documents remain local to each browser or desktop installation. Keep your own exported backups.

8.3 Prices and founding access

Continuum Pro is a one-time purchase. Founding prices are €49, US$59 or £42; standard prices are €59, US$69 or £49. EUR and GBP prices include applicable tax. Applicable US-dollar tax is calculated and displayed at checkout. Select personal or business use for the appropriate software tax classification; the license scope is the same.

Founding pricing ends 30 days after verified payment launch. The published cutoff appears in the offer and is enforced by the payment service. Existing reservations are honored in their reserved currency after the reservation email is verified. Reservations were expressions of interest, not payments or purchase obligations. Purchases remain unavailable until checkout is activated.

8.4 Checkout, refunds and support

Stripe Managed Payments provides hosted checkout, with Link managing the transaction, tax, receipts and invoices. Payment confirmation from Stripe activates Pro; returning from checkout alone does not. Visit your Continuum account to see purchases, manage devices and open Link order management.

You can request a full refund in your account within 14 days of purchase. You must confirm the refund and loss of paid Pro access. Confirmed full refunds revoke paid access; pending refunds retain access until confirmed, and partial refunds retain Pro. Link may also initiate refunds under its policies, including within 60 days. Your applicable statutory cancellation, refund and consumer rights are not limited by our self-service window. Contact billing@cntnm.xyz for a request outside self-service, and support@cntnm.xyz for product help.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Continuum is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, availability, or freedom from errors. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stoyan Korudzhiev will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss; loss of profits, opportunity, data, goodwill, or expected savings; or decisions made using Continuum output. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, deliberate misconduct, or other non-excludable obligations.

11. Responsibility for misuse

You are responsible for losses and claims arising from your unlawful use, your infringement of another person’s rights, or content you submit without authority. Any responsibility under this section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Governing rules and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator and the service, without removing mandatory protections available to you under the law of your residence. Courts or dispute-resolution bodies with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.

Before starting formal proceedings, please make a reasonable attempt to resolve the issue through the feedback form by beginning the message with “Terms issue.”

13. Changes and severability

These terms may be updated as the product or legal requirements change. Revised terms apply from the effective date posted on this page and do not retroactively reduce the license scope of an existing purchase. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
